Surprised to experience a newfound and extraordinarily spacious sense of physical well-being, self empowerment, and the life enhancing qualities gained through open hearted willingness to face life with courage and optimism no matter how it presents itself, led Genevieve to complete a 200 hour Anusara Teacher Training with Bea Doyle in 2009. Genevieve teaches three regular classes a week at Shree Yoga Taos that inspire open hearted willingness, mindfulness, presence, and the integration of one’s physical, mental, and emotional bodies to enhance self-awareness and improve the overall quality of one's life.
